Official Contest Rules

This Contest is sponsored and administered by Chicken Dinner Collectibles Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), with its principal place of business in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

These Official Rules govern the Contest and form a binding contract between each entrant ("you" or "Entrant") and the Sponsor.

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older (19 or older in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon) at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies; and
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of any of the above.

The Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and residency to confirm eligibility.

Each individual Contest begins and ends on the dates displayed on that Contest's listing page on chickendinnercollectibles.com. Each Contest ends on the earliest of:

• The date and time when all available entries (paid and No Purchase Necessary entries combined) have been allocated; or
• The stated End Date and Time shown on the listing.

The Chicken Dinner giveaway program runs through December 31, 2027. Each giveaway has its own terms, including its own entry period, entry limits and prize, as shown on its listing.

The Sponsor's servers and records are the official time-keeping and entry allocation systems for each Contest.

There are two (2) methods of entry:

Entry limits per customer (Collector Pack Entries + NPN combined) are specified on each individual Contest listing. To ensure fair participation across the community, the maximum number of entries any single participant may hold per Contest is limited to 1% of the total entries available for that Contest (e.g., if a Contest has 5,000 total entries, the per-person maximum is 50 entries). The applicable per-person maximum is displayed dynamically on each Contest listing page. The total number of entries available per Contest is capped as shown on the listing. Once the cap is reached, no further entries will be accepted.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who attempts to circumvent the entry process or entry limits (e.g., by creating multiple accounts, using automated systems, or submitting false information).

The prize for each Contest is described in full on that Contest's listing page, including item description, grading, authentication details, and any applicable identifiers (the "Prize").

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) on the listing page.

No cash alternative, substitutions, or exchanges will be provided, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond its control. The Prize is awarded "as is," without any express or implied warranty beyond what may be provided by the manufacturer or grading company, if applicable.

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received (Paid and NPN combined) during the Contest Period for that specific Contest.

After the Contest Period ends, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from among all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner (the "Selected Entrant").

The draw will be conducted using a randomization process selected by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, record or log the draw process for audit and verification purposes.

The Selected Entrant will be notified by email and/or phone at the contact information associated with their entry.

To be declared the winner and receive the Prize, the Selected Entrant must:

• If a resident of Canada, correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, which may be administered in writing, online, or by phone (example: (2 × 5) + 7 − 3 = ?);
• Confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules; and
• Complete, sign, and return any required declaration, release, or other documentation within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.

If the Selected Entrant fails to respond within the specified timeframe, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected by random draw at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Once confirmed as the winner, the Sponsor will arrange shipment of the Prize to the winner's confirmed address in Canada or the United States. Shipping and handling costs will be covered by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or misdelivery caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond its control. If a shipped Prize is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to contact the winner again or declare the Prize forfeited.

By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name, initial of last name, city and province or state of residence, and/or likeness by the Sponsor for reasonable publicity, promotional, or advertising purposes in connection with the Contest, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The winner's first name and initial of last name may be posted on the Sponsor's website, social media channels, and/or promotional materials to announce the winner.

12.1 Compliance & Disqualification

By participating, each Entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and with all applicable laws. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or abusive manner.

12.2 Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or these Official Rules at any time, including if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits, data, or opportunity arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the Prize.

The Entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or relating to the Contest, including the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

Personal information collected from Entrants in connection with the Contest will be used by the Sponsor solely to administer the Contest, contact the Selected Entrant and winner, and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy practices.

By entering the Contest, Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.

These Official Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contest will be resolved in the courts located in Victoria, British Columbia, and Entrants hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of these Official Rules and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
